IVA's

An Individual Voulntry Arangement (IVA) is a formal solution Availble for residents of England, Wales & NI that consolidates your unaffordable debts into one affordable monthly payment, freezing interest and charges. An IVA normally lasts 60 months or if you are a homeowner this may be extended up to 72 months. There are fees involved in an IVA which the IP will fully explain before moving forward. Entering an IVA can protect you from bailiffs, debt collectors, and any harassing calls, letters, emails, and visits in the future. A record of you entering an IVA will be recorded onto the Insolvency Register. As with all debt solutions this may impact your credit rating.

Trust Deed

A Trust Deed is a formal solution availble for residents of Scotland. that consolidates your unaffordable debts into one affordable monthly payment, freezing interest and charges. A Trust Deed normally lasts 48 months or if you are a homeowner this may be extended to 96 months. There are fees involved in an Trust Deed which the IP will fully explain before moving forward. Entering an Trust Deed can protect you from bailiffs, debt collectors, and any harassing calls, letters, emails, and visits in the future. A record of you entering an Trust Deed will be recorded onto the Insolvency Register. As with all debt solutions this may impact your credit rating.

Debt Management

Debt Management is an informal solution that can restructure your debts, allowing you to repay everything you owe at an affordable rate. There is no debt write-off with a Debt Management Plan. A Debt Management Plan aims to get your interest and charges frozen but this is not guaranteed. As with all debt solutions this may impact your credit rating. Debt Management Plans aren't recorded on a public register. We will signpost you to non fee paying and a fee paying solution provider where you can get help with this solution.

Debt Relief Order

Availble for residents of England, Wales & NI. If you have few assets, very little extra income , less than £75 per month and unsecured debt level which is under £50,000 in value ( £20,000 for residents of northern ireland), then a DRO may be the right option for you. If you qualify then a Debt Relief Order will freeze all your debts for 12 months and you will receive no contact from your creditors if your circumstances have not changed in a year, it will completely write off all your unsecured debts included in the DRO. There is no fee to apply for a DRO. A DRO is not available if you own a property. As with all debt solutions this may impact your credit rating. Bankruptcy

Availble for residents of England, Wales & NI. Bankruptcy is an option if the amount you owe is more than any assets that you own. There is an initial fee to pay which can be split over 6 months. Unaffordable unsecured debt can be written off within a 12 month period, allowing you to start over. If you have assets, they may be sold to repay some of the debt you owe. Once the Bankruptcy order is complete any debt within the Bankruptcy is written off. Bankruptcystops creditors from taking legal action. As with all debt solutions this may impact your credit rating. Debt Arrangement Scheme

Debt Arrangement Scheame is an formal solution availible for residents of Scotland that can restructure your debts, allowing you to repay your debt at an affordable rate. A Debt Arrangement Scheame gets your interest and charges frozen. As with all debt solutions this may impact your credit rating. We will signpost you where to get help with this solution

sequestration

Availble for residents of Scotland. Sequestration is an option if the amount you owe is more than any assets that you own. There is an initial fee to pay which can be split over 6 months. Unaffordable unsecured debt can be written off within a 48 month period , allowing you to start over. If you have assets, they may be sold to repay some of the debt you owe. Once the Sequestration order is complete any debt within the Sequestration is written off. Sequestration stops creditors from taking legal action. Administration Order

Count court administration order is an formal solution that can restructure your debts, allowing you to repay your debt at an affordable rate. A Count court administration order gets your interest and charges frozen. As with all debt solutions this may impact your credit rating. We will signpost you where to get help with this solution

Minimal Asset Process

Availble for residents of Scotland. If you have few assets, very little extra income , cant afford a payment to your debts and unsecured debt level which is under £25,000 in value , then a MAP may be the right option for you. If you qualify then a Minimal Asset Process will freeze all your debts for 6 months and you will receive no contact from your creditors if your circumstances have not changed in a year, it will completely write off all your unsecured debts included in the MAP. There is no fee to apply for a MAP. A MAP is not available if you own a property. As with all debt solutions this may impact your credit rating.
